He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Luise; his grandson Lyndon Hollingworth; his sister Joan Thiessen; and his parents, Nesmith Wise and Helen Wise.
He is survived by: his children, Ness (Brenda) and Leslie Hollingworth (Doug); and his grandchildren, Shane (Myriam), Michelle (Travis), Douglas, James Wise (Jessica), Ashton-Paige (Ian) and Joshua Hollingworth (Erin).
