It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Gilbert Wise (Calgary, Alberta), who passed away on February 26, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Luise; his grandson Lyndon Hollingworth; his sister Joan Thiessen; and his parents, Nesmith Wise and Helen Wise.

He is survived by: his children, Ness (Brenda) and Leslie Hollingworth (Doug); and his grandchildren, Shane (Myriam), Michelle (Travis), Douglas, James Wise (Jessica), Ashton-Paige (Ian) and Joshua Hollingworth (Erin).
