He is survived by: his wife Barbara Trevis (Toni) of Calgary; his sons, Mark Trevis (Darlene Watson) of Dorval Quebec and Scott Trevis (Leanne) of Calgary Alberta; his grandchildren, Jason Trevis (Deanne Hunt) of Calgary Alberta, Dylan, Meghan, Brady, Taelyn, Sara and Luke; his sister Faye Boucher (Ed); and his brother-in-law Steve Pollock (Maureen).
