He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Kocher and Diane Palmer; his former wife Florence; and his daughter Shannon. He is survived by: his children, Frank LJ Palmer (Frances Palmer), Michele Palmer Spring (Al Spring) and Rick Palmer; his stepson Jude Oba; and his grandchildren, Jeff Palmer, Tiffanie Palmer (Hensel), Virginia Kinney, Tina Palmer, Drew Kinney and Katie Palmer.
