It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eva Katherine Meyers of Calgary, Alberta, born in Brandon, Manitoba, who passed away on March 27, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Meyers; her parents, Wilfred McLaren and Francis McLaren; her son-in-law Jack Ward; and her brother-in-law Jack Meyers.

She is survived by: her children, Terry Meyers (Teri) of Paradise Hill, SK, Heather Miles (Jeremy) of Calgary, AB, Laurie Ward of Nanaimo, BC and Jackie Nixon (Miles) of Calgary, AB; her grandchildren, Shannon Imhoff (Kevin) of Paradise Hill, SK, Kent Miles (Amanda) of Calgary, AB, Andrew Dalke of Nanaimo, BC, Kathryn Swiston (Scott) of Calgary, AB, Reid Nixon of Calgary, AB and Ian Miles of Calgary, AB; her great grandchildren, Shaylene Miller (Heikki) of Grande Prairie, AB and Shelby Imhoff of Paradise Hill, SK.; her stepsister Jean Gatey (Gerry) of Virden, MB; and her sisters-in-law, Fay Sandercock of Ridgetown, ON and Joan Meyers of North York, ON. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
