We are sad to announce that on June 23, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Esther Gloria Cioni (Calgary, Alberta), born in Revelstoke, British Columbia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As we bid Esther Gloria farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Esther Gloria is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her husband John Cioni; her siblings, Mary DeGusti, Ernie and Louie; and her friend Gerry Egger.

She is survived by: her nephew Jerry DeGusti (Franca); and her niece Teresa Marcucci (Remo). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and great and great-great nieces and nephews.

“To Esther’s family. Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of Esther. Esther baby sat my Dad (Joe Misurelli) in Field British Columbia. Esther had me over for supper one evening. She cooked up a feast. Esther was an amazing cook and even better hostess and friend. I have only fond memories of Esther. She had a wonderful and lovely spirit.
