He was predeceased by: his parents, Newman Cooper and Blanche Smith; and his siblings, Gordon Cooper, Hayward Cooper and Daisy Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Lisette Golding Cooper (Rose); his children, Todd Cooper (Charlene), Tina Cooper (Geno), Pamela Cooper and Nancy Alain (Zaki); his stepsons, Terrance and Owen; his grandchildren, Jason, Tiffany, Chelsea, Trevor, Joshua, Sydney, Marissa, Alicia and Zachary; his great grandchildren, Carley, Kylie, Violet and Zachary; his grandchildren, Tahj, Oceanna, JahC and Seanna; his great grandchildren, Hendrix and Kingston; and his sisters, Maisie Reid, Ruby Cooper and Genevieve Temple. He is also survived by numerous nieces/nephews, friends and neighbors.
