He is survived by: his wife Nancy Rand of Calgary, AB; his children, Jennifer Rand of Tofield, AB, Duncan Jr. (Maria West) of Halifax, NS, Thomas (Tracy Rand) of Calgary, AB and John (Julia Rand) of Calgary, AB; his grandchildren, Ashley Rand (Jennifer) of Tofield, AB, Maxwell Rand (Thomas) of Calgary, AB, Brooklyn Rand (Thomas) of Calgary, AB, Benjamin Rand (John) of Calgary, AB and Joshua Rand (John) of Calgary, AB; his great grandchild Alexah Rand-Johnston (Ashley Rand) of Tofield, AB.; his sister Rhoda (Allan Doll) of Tisdale, SK; and his father Dawson Ellis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
