He was predeceased by: his brother David Cormack; and his parents, Barbara Villy Cormack and Eric Wyld Cormack. He is survived by: his wife Ishbel; his brother Ernest Eric "George" Cormack; his children, Margaret Burnett (William Burnett), Gordon Cormack (Maura Grossman) and Barbara Philip (Iain Philip); his grandchildren, Marie "Ree" Marx (Dylan Marx), Douglas Boucher Cormack, Helen Richards (John Richards) and Heather Burnett (Jon Zaozirny); and his great grandchildren, Anya Marx, Owen Marx, James Richards, Joseph Richards, Jackson Zaozirny and Hannah Zaozirny. He is also survived by three children, four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
