He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stephen Shandro and Helen Shandro (Alexander); his brother Gerald; his former wife Audrey Shandro; his children, Steven Shandro (Kathie), Robert Shandro of Calgary, Carole Warren (Randy) of Harrison Mills, B. C and Doug; and his partner Moyra Ferguson. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
