She was predeceased by: her husband Heinz Bernhard; and her brother-in-law Cyril Buswell. She is survived by: her daughter Monica; and her siblings, Elizabeth Buswell of Calgary, Terry Scanlon (Susan) and Joanne Burns of Ottawa, Ontario.. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
