“Hi there I have no connection to your son, cousin, brother, etc however, I was out for a walk today and I noticed part of a tombstone and I recognize the name and I tried to call the city at 311, but I couldn’t get through so I was going to try again but then, when I found his obituary online, I thought I’d send it to here and at least either the family or some next of kin would see it and maybe they can pick it up I don’t know if it should be left where I saw it or pick it up and drop it off ?”
