He is survived by: his wife Heather Compton of Calgary, AB; his children, Lisa Blas (Gustin Johnson) of Calgary, AB and Steve Blas (Brandi Shuttleworth) of Calgary, AB; the mother of his children Kathy Blas of Calgary, AB.; his grandchildren, Callie, Alexandra and Dylan; his siblings, Ken Blair (James Farrell) of Medicine Hat, AB and Adele Thorne (Calvin); and his aunt Marilyn Barbour of Cochrane, AB. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
