It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Patrick Swartzenberger in Calgary, Alberta, who passed away on February 20, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lydia and Pius Swartzenberger; and his sister Alice Barr. He is survived by: his significant other Sharon; his children, Catherine, Erin, Ian and Russell; his grandchildren, Zachary, Ryan, Max, Thomas, Aidan, Pierce, Jade, Molly and Heidi; and his siblings, Irene, Violet and Richard. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, their families, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Parkland Community Hall (505 Parkvalley Rd SE, Calgary, AB T2J6M4).
