He was predeceased by: his mother Brenda Milz; his sons, Adam, Brandon, Justin and Ethan; his mother-in-law Kathy; and his niece Emmerson.
He is survived by: his father Ed Milz; his wife Jennifer; his brother Jay (Tammy); his daughters, Mikayla and Annika; his sister-in-law Nikki (Talton); his father-in-law Keith (Heather); his grandmother Peggy; and his close friend Chelsi. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, Aunties, and Uncles.
