He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Anne MacLaren (Tony Williamson) of Ottawa; his sister Jean Blades (Charlie) of Barbados; his nephew Alexander McLaren-Blades (Kadisha) of Yarmouth; and his close friends, Bob Grieve and Jamie Sturgeoff of Calgary.
