He was predeceased by: his parents, Levinus Damen and Petronella Damen. He is survived by: his wife Minnie; his children, Bruce (Laurie), Nancy (Lou), Robert, Karen (Barry) and Michelle (Sean); and his siblings, Loek (Wil) and Nel. He is also survived by 14 grandkids.
