With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Constance Grace Moore in Calgary, Alberta, who passed away on July 11, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jack Baker and Mary Baker; her husband Bob; her children, Robert Damon Moore, Trena Marie Abbott and Gary Alan Moore (Becky); and her granddaughters, Lilly Marie Hennecke and Clementine Lee Moore.
