He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenny and Alice; and his siblings, Irving (Sophie), James (Irene), Joyce (Donnie), Betty (David), Margaret (Harmon) and Kenda (Ian).
He is survived by: his wife Ida Poole; his sister Anna (Allan); his children, Sharon Klinot (Vincent) and Gary Poole; his grandchildren, Mitchell (Elyce), Nicole (Don), Patricia (Adam), Matthew, Renny (Jennifer) and Martin (Coral); his great grandchildren, Liam, Isla, Tyson, Stella and Scarlett; and his great great grandchild Sid.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Foster's Garden Chapel (3220 4 St NW, Calgary, AB T2M3A5). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
