She was predeceased by: her parents, Murray and Joan; her sister Susan; and her sister-in-law Diane. She is survived by: her significant other Wayne Hawkes; her significant other's children, April Hawkes and Lucas Hawkes; her brother Richard Thompson; her nieces, Karly Thompson (Matthew Macapagal) and Emily Thompson (Glenn Harasym); and her pet Jasper.
