He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Damery and Helen Damery (Barry); his aunt Veronica; his uncle Don Conway; and his son Kenneth Badeau.

He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Gionet (Henry) of Saint John and Robert Damery of Calgary; and his cousins, Don, Joann Conway, Pat, Kathy Conway, Peter and Nancy Conway. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
