“I would like to offer my condolences to the family of Bill Oostenbrink. We lived upstairs in the back of the store in Heemse and I was friends with Ankie. I knew him as Wim. We immigrated to Canada in June 1951 and went to Hamilton, Ontario. My name is Geesje Harsevoort. Now Grace Vanderwoude. I am 83 and my husband and I are still doing pretty good. I was sad to hear of Ankie’s passing. I have met Jannie and Lucy over the years. May you be comforted by His word which was so important to Bill.”
