She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolf and Auguste; and her siblings, Bruno, Herta and Erna.

She is survived by: her siblings, Erika, Inge, Gothart and Reinhart; her husband Samuel Strecker; her daughters, Linda, Donna (Gord) and Susan (David); her grandchildren, Kristi (Nic), Zach (Jessie), Lauren (Spencer), Sarah (Jonathan), Matthew (Elizabeth) and Rachel; and her great grandchildren, Alatheia, Clara, Aaron, Otto and David.
