Basil James Boyd Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Basil James Boyd (Calgary, Alberta), born in Minnedosa, Manitoba, who passed away on December 4, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman and Blanche; his son Brett; and his siblings, Norman-John, Bruce, Margie (Doug), Miriam, Evelyne (Murray) and Joyce.

He is survived by: his sons, Dean (Leah) and Kevin (Audrey); his daughter-in-law Michelle (Ron); his uncle Terry (Carol); his siblings-in-law, Elaine (Bryce), Donna (Norman) and David (Miriam); his grandchildren, Emma, Ashleigh (Keenan), Bobby-Lynn (Brett), Kayla (Kris), Hunter (Josh), Jerrett (Shantel), Stacey (Craig), Aubrey and Christsen; and his great grandchildren, Michael, Kayleigh, Kali, Kin, Olivia, Amelia, Liam and Sopia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
