As we bid Antonios farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Antonios is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sotirios Papantoniou and Aikaterine Papantoniou; and his brother Andreas (Adonia). He is survived by: his wife Vasiliki; his children, Kathy (Trevor) and Sammy (Tracy); his sister Glykeria; and his granddaughters, Mia and Ella. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church (1 Tamarac Crescent SW, Calgary, AB T3C3B7). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at the Queen's Park Cemetery (3219 4 St NW, Calgary, AB T2M3A6).
