She was predeceased by: her husband Karl-Heinz Hindemith of Calgary, AB; her parents, Barbara Hohmann and Josef Hohmann; and her brother Reinhold Hohmann. She is survived by: her children, Ron (Saletta) and Andrea (Andrew); and her grandchildren, Marisa (Mitchell), Julianna (Stephen), Nicholas (Melanie), Mitchell (Katie) and Rosanna.

A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Boniface German Catholic Church (1923 Broadview Rd NW, Calgary, AB T2N3H6).
