With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Alfred Egert of Calgary, Alberta, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Egert and Lidia Egert; his siblings, Hilda Stebner, Waldemer, Leonard and Raymond (Ebenhard); and his brothers-in-law, Ervin Stebner, Ray Riske and Alvin Mauer.
He is survived by: his wife Erika Egert of Calgary, AB; his daughter Marilyn (Graham); his siblings, Daniel (Lilly), Ronald (Margaret), Harold (Grace), Eldon (Shirley), Jennie Riske, Lilly Wright (Jim), Edna Haag (Werner), Helen Pelzer (Adolf) and Linda Croswell (Darrell); and his sister-in-law Esther Egert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
