Alfred Barkauskas Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alfred Barkauskas (Calgary, Alberta), who passed away on November 2, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Alfred farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Alfred is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne of Michael's Catholic Community; his daughter Debbie; his parents, Alexander and Amalia; his siblings, Mary and Ron; and his son Peter.

He is survived by: his children, Linda (Ken), Janet, Evelyn (John) and Michael (Adele). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
