She was predeceased by: her former husband Ron Baynham; her son Avery; her grandchildren, Crystal, Robin and Chad; and her sister-in-law Marion Maxwell.

She is survived by: her husband Nick Richardson; her children, Richard Baynham (Donata), Kirk Baynham (Bernie), Trent Baynham (Mindy) and Ronita Unser (Vince); her daughter-in-law Louise Perry; and her brother Rueben Maxwell. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
