He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bohnet and Emma Bohnet. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Bohnet; and his daughters, Cheryl Huggard (Gordon) of Langdon, Tracey Caseley (Marty) of Veteran and Deanna Armstrong (Cameron) of Brooks. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
