He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Frances and Margaret Frances; and his siblings, Having, Harold, Tom, Laurie, Cathy, Joe, Terry and Sheryl.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Judy Hubert (Kevin), Jackie Frances (Cameron Fleury) and Ethan Frances (Savannah); his grandchildren, Joshua Hubert, Jayme Hubert, Johnie-Lynn Frances and Atlan Frances; and his great grandchildren, Carter Benson and Cameryn Benson. He is also survived by his family, friends.
