He was predeceased by: his father Ivan Hormoth; his parents-in-law, Hiram and Aloah Huston; his sibling Robin; his siblings-in-law, Ina Huston and Ralph Harris; and his nephew Robert Hormoth.

He is survived by: his grandsons, Stephen and James; his wife Anita; his children, Sharon Shuttleworth (Wayne), Kathy Ketchmark (George), Steve Hormoth (Jill) and James Hormoth (Andrea); his grandchildren, Russell, Laura, David, Bonnie, Julie, Emily, Eva, Julian, Bobbi, Alex and Charlie; his great grandchildren, Kate, Mitch and Lily; his siblings, Tony Hormoth (Rose) and Irene Harris; and his siblings-in-law, Dale Huston (Doreen), Baxter Huston (Ann) and Cherri Stroud (Max).

We knew he was still there in spite of the ravage Alzheimer's was taking and that he was having a good day.
