He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Thorn; his parents, Anton Thorn and Kristina Laura Thorn; his wife Kaye Huck; his sister Signe; his uncle Soren Petersen (Dagmar); and his cousin Elsie Ostensen.
He is survived by: his cousins, Peter Petersen, Dennis Petersen (Inga) and Doreen Burton (James). He is also survived by four step-children and many nieces and nephews.
