He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Sandra (Dan), Douglas (Stacey) and Janet (Kevin); his grandson David; his stepgrandchildren, Ian and Farleigh; and his sister Helen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws and a host of friends.
