He was predeceased by: his parents, George Harbarenko and Peggy Harbarenko; his stepson Marty Mudryk; his stepgranddaughter Camden Mudryk; and his father-in-law Peter Szmyrko.

He is survived by: his wife Terry Mudryk-Harbarenko; his daughters, Lori Miles (Darrell Tweedy) and Sarah Jolivette (Derek); his stepdaughter-in-law Kristen Mudryk; his stepson Bryan Mudryk; his grandchildren, Kayla Groot (Adrian), Shayna Miles and Bella Jolivette; his stepgrandchildren, Teegan Mudryk and Jesse Mudryk; his great grandchildren, Aspen and Alessi Groot; his mother-in-law Mary Szmyrko; his siblings, Carol Hartman, Sandra Harbarenko and Tim Harbarenko; and his pet Tootsie. He is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
