With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Theo Verhoeven of Bow Island, Alberta, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 27, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Verhoeven; his parents, Maria Verhoeven and Reiner Verhoeven; his sons-in-law, Duane Ulrich and Douwe Huizing; and his siblings, Eddie, Nellie and Rita.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Huizing, Troy Verhoeven (Tara Mason) and Michelle Verhoeven (Brian Stehr); his grandchildren, Amanda Liske (Cody), Tanner Ulrich, Alies Huizing, Tyeson Verhoeven, Taylor Verhoeven, Michael Hoehn and Brody Hoehn; and his siblings, Bill Verhoeven, Annie, Maria, Nolly and Diane. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
