He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Michaelis (Bert) of Lethbridge; his grandchildren, Curtis (Jennifer), Michaelis (Zachary) and Cody (Amanda); his daughter Marilyn Van Gaalen (Dave) of Lethbridge; his grandchildren, Angela (Greg), Leighton (Liam), Christopher Van Gaalen (Krystal Peters) and Ryan Van (Courtney Pommen); his siblings-in-law, Joyce Hanson (Bernie) and Jack Peard; and his close friend June Knouse.
