He was predeceased by: his wife Annie; his son John; his parents, Paul Slipchuk and Cecile Slipchuk; his parents-in-law, John and Pauline Kolody; his siblings, Katie Galick, Florence Gandecki, Alexander and Roy; his sons-in-law, Edward Kalinski and Jerry Kalinski; and his brothers-in-law, Edward Galick, John Kolody and William Kolody.
He is survived by: his children, Peter Slipchuk (Connie) of Calgary, AB, Donny Slipchuk (Candace) of Bonnyville, AB, Bruce Slipchuk of Bonnyville, AB, Linda Kalinski of Iron River, AB and Lillian Kalinski of Hazelridge, MB; his daughter-in-law Betty Slipchuk of Smoky Lake, AB; his grandchildren, Avis Friedel (Bruce), Michelle Palichuk (Craig), Curtis Kalinski (Ellie), Lorne Kalinski (Nita), Travis Slipchuk, Kara Edwardson (Adam), Kimberly Feser (David), Kelsey Kalinski, Kevin Kalinski (Lisa), Kendal Slipchuk (Mari), Ryan Kalinski (Kaitlyn), Courtney Antoniuk (Todd), Allison Jansen (Dave), Talena Slipchuk, Duane Slipchuk (Michelle), Ashley Blake (Dustin), Jessie Ouimet, Amos Slipchuk (Chian) and Kyle Slipchuk (Brianne); and his sisters-in-law, Helen Slipchuk of Bonnyville, AB, Mary Kolody of Bonnyville, AB, Connie Kolody of Thunder Bay, ON and Rose Slipchuk of Edmonton, AB. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews.
