With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharron Gail Oates of Bonnyville, Alberta, who passed away on December 9, 2022 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Oates and Annie Oates; and her brother Jerry Oates. She is survived by: her close friend Wilfred "Whitey" Galey of Bonnyville, AB; her sister Sandra Whalen (John) of Bonnyville, AB; her nieces and nephews, Susan Bishop (Adam) of Cold Lake, AB, Jamie Oates (Andrea) of Goulds, NL and Jasmine Gehlert (Justin) of Spruce Grove, AB; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Austin Bishop, Wyatt Bishop, Kennedy Oates, Wesley Oates, Ivy Oates, Nora Oates and Cassius Gehlert; her sister-in-law Genevieve Oates of Goulds, NL; and her close friends, Barb Hewitt (Darin) of Sunridge, ON, Marion Jasperse (John) of Leo, Indiana and Dorothy Simmer of Fenelon Falls, ON.
