She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Kell; her parents, Hjalmer Sallstrom and Hazel Sallstrom; her siblings, Doug Sallstrom and Sheila; and also Emil Starosielski.

She is survived by: her son Brett Kell; her granddaughters, Samantha and Lily; her daughter Laura Kell (Rick Gould); her granddaughter Amy Matheson; her great grandchildren, Audrey and Nori; her sisters, Gladys (Ernie Lilje) and Shirley (Bill Bergman); and her sister-in-law Joyce Sallstrom. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
