She was predeceased by: her daughters, Connie Weaver and Janet Sproule; her parents, Steven Dmytriuk and Olga Dmytriuk; her brother Paul Dmytriuk; and her brother-in-law John Pawlakowski.
She is survived by: her husband Peter Wakulchyk of Bonnyville; her son James Wakulchyk (Karlynn) of Calgary; her sons-in-law, Ron Weaver of Coeur, Idaho and Tim Sproule of Vernon, BC; her grandchildren, Cheyenne Wakulchyk, Cherokee Wakulchyk, Eva Wakulchyk, Alecia Weaver, Trevor Sproule (Jessica), Jason Sproule (Brielle) and Kaleb Sproule; and her sister Vera Pawlakowski of Edmonton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & cousins.
