Lillian Shmyr Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Lillian Shmyr of Bonnyville, Alberta. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William Shmyr; her parents, Metro Onofrychuk and Mary Onofrychuk; her siblings, Rose Twerdohlib (Nick), Jean Sallow (Dave), Eva McLean and Raymond Onofrychuk; and her sister-in-law Emmie Onofrychuk.

She is survived by: her children, Alex Shmyr (Barbara) of Bonnyville, AB and Margaret Boisvert of St. Albert, AB; her grandchildren, Kim Smart (Corey), Kelly Boisvert, Regean Shmyr, Ryan Shmyr (Toniya) and Greg Shmyr (Ashleigh); and her brother Ernie Onofrychuk (Maggie) of Medicine Hat, AB.. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
