She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Francis; her parents, Camiel Ballegeer and Mary Ballegeer; her son-in-law Larry Chartrand; and her sister Elsa Fry.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Francis (Naomi Marie) of Airdrie, AB, David Francis (Vivian Hofer) of Brentwood Bay, BC, Robert Francis (Larry Motiuk) of Sherwood Park, AB and Jan Chartrand of Crestview Beach, AB; her grandchildren, Tyler, Aron, Scott, Jessica, Kathryn, Lauren, Mike, Julie, Tammy, Jennifer, Trisha, Kayleigh, Jenna and Bethany; her great grandchildren, Dominic, Eva, Marcus, Paige, Levi, Dane, Graydon, Emilee, Rachel, Brooklyn, Jayden, Brietta, Nora, Dean, Leo, Sawyer, Alice and Felix; her siblings, Henry Ballegeer, Roger Ballegeer (Marie) and Linda Adams (Al); and her close friend William Cardinal.
