She was predeceased by: her husband George Cook; her sister Phyllis Larter; and her children-in-law, Terry Jewell, Joanne Cook and Laura Pellitier.

She is survived by: her children, Tracy Cook of Edmonton, Douglas Cook of Edmonton, Andrew Cook of Innisfail and Laura Kelly (James) of Bonnyville. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and other relatives.
