He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Babb and Mary Babb; and his siblings, Jim Babb, Albert Babb, Jeannette Palsat and Viola Shilmar.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Babb of Bonnyville; and his siblings, Norval Babb, Fay Palsat, Mabel Papirny and Julia Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & other relatives.
