She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Ouellette; her parents, Metro Pasichnuk and Marafta Pasichnuk; and her siblings, Bill Pasichnuk, Doris Radomski and Steve Pasichnuk.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Nielson (Troy) of Bonnyville, Theresa Ouellette of Bonnyville and Wendy Rutherford (Steve) of Fort McMurray; her grandchildren, Jasmine, Jeremy Magistad (Aliceson), Cole, Ethan and Aliah Rutherford; her great grandchildren, Liam, Rhea and Presley Magistad; and her siblings, Raymond Pasichnuk (Lucy) of Sherwood Park, Cornell Pasichnuk (Bev) of Fort McMurray, Melvin Pasichnuk (MaryAnn) of Airdrie and Kathy Lester (Phil) of Bonnyville. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & other relatives.
