She was predeceased by: her parents, Jules Ouellette and Marcelle Ouellette; and her siblings, Jean Claude, Daniel Ouellette, Florence Regner, Rollande Ouellette, Nicole Ouellette and Ghislaine Lefebvre.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Slevinsky; her siblings, Bernard Ouellette (Gloria), Denise Ouellette (Jacques), Helene Ganske, Simone Pardell, Madeleine Lessard, Michelle Ouellette, Henriette Ouellette and Suzanne Ouellette; and her siblings-in-law, George Slevinsky, Bob Ganske (Irene), Louis Lefebvre and Maryanne Cabay. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & other relatives.
