He was predeceased by: his daughter Jennifer Desjarlais; his parents, Alfred Desjarlais and Marion Desjarlais; and his brother Floyd Eugene Desjarlais. He is survived by: his children, Rachel Solway (Wayne) and Mike Desjarlais (Karen); his grandchildren, Tim, Colton, Kaylee, Jonah, Tanis, Tina-Anne, Lucus, Samuel and Tianna; his great grandchildren, Marissa, Gracia, Soren, Lexie, Lucie and Lillian; and his siblings, Pat Desjarlais (Cathy), Cecil Desjarlais (Joanne), Fred Desjarlais, Velma Soloway (Eddie) and Annie Davies. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and fence post cousins.
