He was predeceased by: his brother Martin Janiga; and his son Martin Thomas Janiga. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Janiga; his daughters, Joan Bohmer (Clarence), Judy Emslie and Dianne Sorochan (Darcy); his daughter-in-law Angela Janiga; and his grandchildren, Chance, Jace, Ryan (Elizabeth), Alisha (Shaun), Sheldon (Danielle), Michael (Mo), Derek, Brandon, Jordan, Morgan (Emily) and Victoria (Jordan). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
