Penny Sinclair Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Sinclair (Blairmore, Alberta), born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, who passed away on May 4, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Vernon Sinclair; her son Andrew Barr; and her brother Dale Sinclair. She is survived by: her mother Elsie Sinclair of Blairmore; her children, Jennifer MacMillan (Brock) of Red Deer, AB, Terry Barr (Norine) of Red Deer, AB, Mike Barr of Red Deer, AB and Evan Sinclair of Red Deer, AB; her grandchild Dominique Barr of Calgary; her great grandchild Marley Skelly; and her sisters, Ellen Sinclair, Cynthia White and Debbie Scow. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
Tributes will be provided by the family and due to the pandemic, the service will be recorded for extended family and friends.
