With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nestor Chorney (Blairmore, Alberta), who passed away on November 17, 2019 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Mary; and his brothers, Romen, Myron, Orest and Slawko.
He is survived by: his significant other Willie; his children, Darcey (Craig) of Airdrie, AB, Denny of Florida, Dean (Karen) of Millarville, AB and Dee-Anna (Simon) of London, England.; his great grandchildren, Brynn, Graeme, Garner of Cochrane, AB and Tirion of Westlock, AB.; his brother Ambrose (Roseanna) of Parksville, BC; and his sister-in-law Stephanie of Edmonton, AB.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations will be gratefully accepted by the York Creek Lodge Residents Association "Bus Fund" (PO Box 1050, Blairmore, AB T0K 0E0).
